Welcome to the cozy double room “Room 1” in our small but charming house “Haus Ferdinand” in the heart of Monschau. This inviting room is located on the first floor on the left and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Although “Room 1” doesn’t have its own kitchen, our shared kitchen on the ground floor of our house offers practical amenities such as a fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery, cups, and glasses. This allows you to prepare a small meal or a hot coffee at any time. Breakfast is also served daily between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. in our breakfast room, also on the ground floor.

The special charm of this room lies in the harmonious integration of modern style into a historic setting. The warm colors of the decor and design complement the stylish modern furniture, giving the room a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The modern box-spring bed ensures restful nights, while the smart TV and modern bathroom invite you to linger.

Thanks to the central location in the historic town center of Monschau, numerous attractions, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible on foot. Enjoy the picturesque old town, the beautiful nature of the Eifel region, and the many recreational opportunities in the surrounding area.
